My Business Plan App - Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the My Business Plan mobile application (the "App") provided by My Business Plan, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization or entity to these Terms.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of the App after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
3. Use of the App
- a. License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal or business purposes.
- b. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

  - Transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious code.
  - Interfere with the operation of the App or any user's enjoyment of it.
  - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.

  - Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
4. User Accounts
- a. Account Creation: To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update this information to keep it current.
- b. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

- b. User Content: Any content or materials you submit to the App, including business plans, remain your property. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, and display the content for the purpose of providing and improving the App.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
